I already had few quotes but his was fair and the cheapest one. He took the old insulation with a special machine and clean the attic perfectly before blowing the new one. He did according the Chicago area standards how height should be the insulation and also installed a special things for the ventilation of the attic and reducing the mold. He immediately saw there was no insulation on the ducts and extremely old insulation on the floors. We had tenants moving in within a week and Mark was able to coordinate his team and finish the job before the new tenants arrived. They also repaired some broken spots in the ducts where the cold air was escaping. Overall, I highly recommend Mark and his company!
